TÜV NORD Quality Checked Mark

TNQCMTÜV NORD Food Quality Checked Mark is a voluntary program of certification. The objective is an inspection to ensure food and beverage are  prepared  in a high quality and hygiene standard prior to serving or consuming. The check list is based on international food safety standard.
This Checked Mark is recommended for restaurants, hotels, catering, bakeries, and all services related to food and beverage.

 

Certification process:
The certification process is a multiple-step process. The certification cycle is described briefly:

Application for certification from client
Offer from TÜV NORD Indonesia
Offer acceptance from client and order confirmation by TÜV NORD Indonesia
Preaudit (optional)
Certification audit
Issue of certificate on successful completion of certification audit
Surveillance audits at defined interval
Recertification audit
